With over 15 years of merchandising experience, I offer long-term and contract-based merchandising leadership, balancing the art of impactful products with the science of data.

I am a passionate educator and extremely organized, described as bringing calm to the chaos, and making hard decisions feel easy.

My primary focus is bringing merchandising leadership and best practices to small and medium-sized founder-led brands and retailers, also offering interim leadership or course-correction for larger brands and retailers.

I’ve worked with over 250 brands over my career as a buyer, and in my 15 years in the industry I’ve worked on both the retailer side and the brand side.
